## About Jackie

I'm Jackie. With 16 years in real estate and rental property management, plus 5 years as a licensed NC manufactured home dealer, I know this business inside and out. I started J. Houston Properties because I believe everyone deserves a quality home at a fair price — and I knew I could beat the big storefront lots.

I'm based right here in Kings Mountain, and I work with families in Shelby, Cherryville, Bessemer City, Boiling Springs, Gastonia, Lincolnton, Rutherfordton, Hickory, and the surrounding communities. When you call me, you get me — not a receptionist or a sales team.
