# How It Works — Your Home in 3 Simple Steps

From your first call to moving in, I make the whole process easy.

## Let's Talk

Give me a call or fill out the form on my site. Tell me what you're looking for — size, bedrooms, budget, timeline. I'll walk you through your options and answer any questions. No pressure, no sales pitch.

02 

## Pick Your Home

Once we know what you want, I'll set up a visit for you to see homes in person. I work with multiple plants across the Southeast. You'll pick your layout, choose your colors and finishes, and make it yours.

We work with top manufacturers across the Southeast, sourcing quality manufactured, modular, and park model homes from multiple plants. Every home is built to HUD or state building code standards. If I don't have it on my site, I can still get it.

03 

## We Work Together

Once you pick your home, we work together to get your home set up. You provide the land — I help coordinate the rest.

Financing help (FHA, VA, USDA, conventional, land+home loans) 

Help with permitting and county approvals 

Site preparation 

Electric and septic setup 

Home delivery and installation 

Final walkthrough together before move-in
